Mother Clucker Acres is currently accepting Orders, NOTE! ship dates will vary based on the weather conditions in your area, extreme COLD/HOT conditions will delay all shipments due to the risk of exposing chicks to very low OR hotter than safe temperatures. As a reminder we are not a large Hatchery we are a small quality breeder therefore we don't have 300 hens laying eggs we have an average of 3 to 6 girls working their proverbial bums off to give us chicks and eggs keep in mind there are a lot of variables that happen during the collection of eggs and the incubation period.. first of all you are not the only person in line waiting for chicks there may be as many as 15 people ahead of you, typically it takes 1 week to 10 days to collect eggs those darn Persnickety girls! sometimes all will lay and sometimes none will lay, then we have to endure the 21 days to hatch chicks,  some hatches are better than others, there are so many things that can go wrong or right your chick order could be ready right away or it could take weeks or even months before they will be ready to ship, so please be patient! You will be notified the week before your item is scheduled to ship so that you can be expecting them, the cool part about ordering chicks instead of eggs it takes the guesswork out of how many chicks you're going to wind up with we take all the risk out of that process although if you would prefer to order eggs we'll be happy to accommodate you. thank you for your patience and understanding!
